The absolute best thing that came out of our wedding (well besides now being married to my husband) was meeting and working with Christie and her husband. She took the most amazing photographs,(the clarity of the photos, the little cute moments no one else saw, fun shots, formal shots, attention to back grounds) she really captured the moments and we are so excited to be able to look at our wedding photos in the future and reminisce. She literally captured everything that happened, even things I don't remember because that day was such a blur. Gardner Photography is the one thing that went absolutely right. With all the stress of planning a wedding it was really nice to not have to worry about the photographer. She was always on time, kept in touch, very flexible, affordable and pretty much the awesomest photographer anyone could ask for.
Christie was great to work with - we were so lucky to find her!! She understood all of the aspects of our Wedding Day and it was very important to her that we were happy with the end result. We used her for engagement picutures, my bridal shoot and the wedding - for each event she brought creative ideas, a big smile and great attitude and a desire to achieve the best end result possible. Not to mention, the price was phenominal. I guarantee you won't find a better price for the high quality results given!
What was your favorite wedding photo? Oh my goodness we have so many favorites. I really love how she tried to capture all the details of my dress, jewelry, flowers, and hair.
How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? She did a great job and catching everything that was going on. She was very good with doing posed shots as well.
What was your favorite wedding photo? Not sure if I could pick just one! We were thrilled with the photos taken, and the price. Friends couldn't believe the quality and quantity of pictures we received.

What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? No engagement session was done, because we booked so close to our wedding. Our package included several prints, an album and the high resolution images.
How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? She never rushed us, which I have been told is quite rare with wedding photographers. She took her time with us, and had a sample of beautiful pictures to us by the next day!
What was your favorite wedding photo? I think my favorite photos are the ones we did at Eden Park. They turned out absolutely gorgeous! And the colors just POP. I'm so glad Christie thought to stop there on our way to the reception!
How did the wedding photographer avoid disrupting the day? Great with candids? Action shots? Portraits? Christie did a great job of getting all the posed shots. What I liked is that she organized it so we did large group shots first and then could send people off to the reception - so, they weren't hanging around (BORED and hungry!). It worked well. For the rest of the shots, I forgot she was even there! I never felt like getting photos was disruptive at all.
What was included in your wedding photo package? Albums? DVDs? Engagement pics? Two photographers? We got a basic package and then ordered photos from our online gallery. I loved that! Even though we got all the images on DVD, I didn't want to deal with everyone contacting me for photos. So, my family just ordered from the gallery. The print quality is great, and the prices were very good! Like, we didn't pay something crazy like $15 for one 5"x7"! We might still have Christie design an album for us, too.
How did the photographer make you and family comfortable? I'm amazed she got so many photos without everyone blinking or making stupid faces! She was pretty funny and told jokes or had some "tricks" to get everybody smiling - with open eyes!
